The start of my fitness plan!
So, I have started my plan to get in shape by my brother's wedding, which is August 18th. About a month ago, I got on the scale at 174lbs. It freaked me out. Since then, I have sporatically worked out and cut pop and fast food out of my diet. Still under the stress of the school semester, I was able to drop to 165lbs. Anyhow, now that my school responsibilities are over for the time being, I started my hardcore fitness plan today OFFICIALLY. Each day I am going to report what I ate, my workout, and my weight for the day. I will do this each night before bed. So, at this moment I weigh 165lbs.
